The Care Plan does not include on-going updates such as: New Pages, New Sections, Pop Ups, Text or Image Changes, New Features.

Yes! We require all of our clients to be on a care plan for website safety and security.
Our care plan ensures your website will be backed up daily, covers the cost to fix any bugs or plugin issues, and overall website security including HTTPS certificates and plugins.
Care plans require 1/year minimum after new websites are complete / launched.
After the term has expired care plans are automatically moved to month-to-month terms.
If you decide to cancel you will need to migrate your website and domain name to another hosting provider and pay for new plugin licenses to keep your website functioning properly.
Awebco will not provide services on websites that are not on a care plan.
Our 1/hr of training is provided after we launch your new website. Training consists of how to access the backend of your website, review form entries, navigate pages and posts and how to load the editor.
Training is not provided on how to build new sections, or new pages.
Training services are not provided monthly. Additional training services are available at an hourly rate.
