Data Deletion Instructions
These instructions explain how to request deletion of data held by Awebco through its Facebook,
Instagram and Meta Ads connections, including connections used in Awebco Portal. You do not need
to sign in to the Portal to make a request.
Request deletion of your data
-
Email
[email protected]
with the subject Awebco data deletion request. -
Include your name, an email address where we can contact you, and the business, Facebook Page,
Instagram profile or ad account associated with the request. If you use Awebco Portal, include
the email address you use there. -
Describe the data you want deleted and whether you also want the related connection removed. If
you are making the request for a business, tell us your role with that business.
Please do not send passwords, access tokens or app secrets.
How we handle your request
We verify your identity and, where applicable, your authority to act for the business before
processing the request. We may ask for additional information needed to locate the data or confirm
ownership.
We review the affected connection, stored profile and account information, cached content,
reporting data and any saved reports covered by your request. We then confirm what was deleted and
whether the connection was removed. If any information must be retained, we explain what is
retained and why.
Remove the app’s access through Meta
You can also remove Awebco Portal’s authorization in the connected account’s app or business
integration settings. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings,
then look for Apps and websites or Business integrations, find
the Awebco app and remove it. For an Instagram connection, review the authorized apps in your
Instagram settings.
Removing authorization prevents further authorized access through that connection. It does not
automatically delete information already stored by Awebco. Email the deletion request above to ask
us to remove stored data.
What this request covers
This process covers data held by Awebco. It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account,
original social posts, or advertising campaigns in Meta. To delete those items, use the relevant
Meta service.
For other privacy questions, contact [email protected].
See our Privacy Policy.
